Last minute trip at noon got my iPhone 6 and my brothers 4 fixed within an hour. I paid 125 for a new screen and battery which I was told was showing signs of wear and tear as I knew since it did not charge consistently and sometimes would unexpectedly shut off and remain off for an hour even though it had just been charged. I was also given tips for keeping my battery running properly- the screen quality looks perfect and im very happy with the repairs and service although for the price. Seems like a company to trust also comfy waiting area. Coffee tea.
This is my 3rd visit and I have never been disappointed – this is absolutely my go-to place for screen repairs. Service is always fast, every employee I’ve worked with has been great and they always hand the phone back to me clean and perfect. Highly recommended!

Okay, to say that I’m hard on my phones would be an understatement: but yet they have managed to keep me up and running with my iPhone 5S. I’m very impressed that they keep abreast of new products like the screen protector. Priced right, and worth every penny.

So after reading all the stellar reviews about these guys I felt like I should go give them a shot. My iPhone 6S had stopped charging and was dead and unable to exchange data to my new phone via the charger port.
Verizon AND Best Buy BOTH looked at the phone and had determined I needed a new one.
End up switching to a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge… Big mistake as I just could not get comfortable with the new operating system and didn’t like that it was not compatible with my iPad etc.
After 6 months I gave up and decided to see if my iPhone could be fixed?
I went to 911 iPhone repair and the pleasant man behind the counter asked me what was the problem I was experiencing with my iPhone?
I told him and he said “Let me take a look”. Well,… He took it from my hand and looked at my phones charge port and said, “It could just be dirty”. Yup, he said, looks like allot of lint is down deep in there.
With that he grabbed a tool and picked out some lint that no one had bothered to notice or attempted to clean out before… I had looked in and was not able to see this either, but Verizon and Best Buy should have.
I bought a junk iPad (mini 3 I believe) from an unauthorized source, it died after a week and wouldn’t take a charge, these guys went above and beyond to test everything possible to diagnose the issue, and when that issue was discovered I decided it wasn’t worth fixing as i bought it with a broken screen and such. They called me with a lengthy list of everything that was attempted to bring it back to life and after I declined repairs, they didn’t charge me a single penny. That’s customer service if you ask me. Should any of my other apple products fail I will be bringing them here without hesitation.
This store is AMAZING! This morning when I called Verizon they told me I would likely need a new phone, but to try this place first. I showed up right when they opened with my very active 2 year old. They were able to fix my phone (it ultimately was a fried battery) within 10 mins. I was prepared for a FULL DAY of waiting in line, trying to get my phone fixed. I am so glad this place was recommended! Always try this place first before you buy a new phone!
I found this place on yelp. It had the most and best reviews. This is definitely warranted.
I came in with a broken iPhone 5–cracked screen and vertical strips running down the right-hand side of the LCD screen. This section of the touch screen no longer worked, making it hard to use many of the phone functions.
The two guys working at the shop were super friendly and helpful. One of them took a quick look at my phone and listened to what I wanted done. He showed me a price chart ($99 for LCD screen replacement–which is fair given that Apple charges $129) and even offered to clean out the area around my camera lens (no charge) which I had meant to ask about but he beat me to it.
The phone was ready in 30 minutes. When I picked it up I had an interesting conversation with the other guy about the new iPhones. He’s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Great place. I had brought my iPhone 6s Plus there a few months ago when I shattered the screen. They replaced it in less than an hour with a very reasonable price. I just picked my phone up from dropping it off again because the head phone jack was not working. Expecting to pay for the repair i asked how much and what was wrong with it. I was informed it only needed to be cleaned. Lint and dust accumulated in it. There is no charge. Great honesty from them and tremendous show of ethics. I highly recommend them.
